How to order from first wave country

Im living in belgium,

I want to order the watch but I havent a residential adress in a first wave country. Are there services out there that allow u to order on for example a french adress and then have it shipped to belgium?

Apple's cancelled a lot of orders by people using mail forwarding services. Some have been successful.
