How to organize videos on Ipad

I transfered several videos to Ipad via Itunes. They are apearing now on Ipad all within same list, but I would like to organize them in folders: films, cartoons, ...

How to do this?

Within iTunes. Go to "get info". You can change the media type

OK, but I would like to separate movies (all media kind=Movie) into separate folders. How to do this?
