I always skip setting up Face ID, screen time, and some other options when setting up an iPhone. However, from time to time, I'm asked to finish setting up the iPhone such as Face ID. It is so annoying. Is there a way to disable such prompts? I think I was even asked to set up Siri even though I disabled it the first time.

Unfortunately, there's no official way to fully disable those setup prompts. You can tap "Set Up Later" or "Not Now," but Apple will occasionally remind you until everything is completed.
