How to "Pimp my Powerbook G4"

I am thinking of buying a Powerbook G4 with 1.5 ghz and 1.25 gb of RAM. What changes can I make that would maximize its performance? I was thinking of:

- installing a 64 gb SSD. Would this make things snappier, what's the best place to buy?
- upgrading the RAM. Is 1.2 gb the most available?
- replace the battery - what's the best place to buy a new battery?

What screen size is it? The 12" is limited to 1.25gb. It's a PATA drive so the SSD will be expensive.

Oh, that's really too bad. I guess I might as well keep it the way it is, but possibly change the battery.
