How to play video in minimized dock window?

I am watching a lot of realtime feeds that are most of time nonsense but i want to keep it on corner of my eye without taking precious screen real estate. how do I have video animate e.g. flash in safari when minimized?

It's probably not something you can change. I'm guessing that the graphics subsystem takes a bitmap thumbnail when you minimize a window and it displays that when the icon sites there minimized. Changing it so it shows a live thimbnail, while probably not difficult in the grand scheme of things, would require recoding and that's something only the OS developers could do.
