Hey guys,
GamerGossipTV here...
I have now been playing on my xbox 360, which is connected to my 27 inch imac screen for a while now. I recently have been getting into recording gameplay and doing commentating. However i wanted to know if it where possible to record my gameplay with a mac screen recorder like ScreenFlow, instead of having to purchase a Capture card. I have a converter allowing the signal of the xbox with a HDMI cable to go into my mac screen. However it detects that a device has been attached and switches to xbox mode, with my desktop running in the background. I have tried to record whats happening with screenflow, but all it really records is the Sound which is coming through the system. the rest is just my plain desktop which nothing is happening on. I wanted to know if its possible, with some sort of program to prevent that screen switch from happening and instead seeing my game screen over a window, similar to parrells (with the windows bootcamp thing) just with xbox gaming.
I hope you guys get what i mean. So that a screen recorder can capture whats really happening.
If theres any programs or system changes which i can do please tell me...
Thanks
-Dyllan
