How to Preorder Unsubsidized iPhone 4

What option can I select to preorder an unsubsidized iPhone 4? I am a minor, and I don't know my account info. I have an AT&T contract, and I know that I am ineligible for an upgrade. If I just select the add a new line, and come to the store on the 24th and tell them about my situation, will they just allow me to purchase an unsubsidized iPhone?

If you go through the order process at store.apple.com, it will tell you how much you have to pay. Then you can set up a reservation for an Apple store, and pick it up on the 24th.

You need to have your phone number, billing zip code, and last 4 digits of social security number to verify the account status during the order process.
