how to prep an old macbook pro for selling

I have just ordered a new 13" rMBP which is expected to be in next Wednesday.

I will be manually copying my data over from the old Mac.
- Regular files (my home directory & desktop)
- iTunes files
- Old mail
Is there anything else that I need to worry about copying over?

Next I will need to clean the old mac. Is this instruction good?
