Well with prices for used 8gb unlocked iphones averaging around $350 it seems that now is the time to sell. I've put my phone up but just want to make sure that I've prepared the phone for the buyer to just insert his sim card and go.

I used pwnage for the original jailbreak. I guess i need to wipe the phone of all my information. Is there an easy way to do this or do i need to wipe the entire phone and re-jailbreak it?

I also noticed some apps on installer that allow for the phone to be used with any carrier, do I need to download one of these?

Any other words of advice?

Thanks for helping a noob guys. Can't wait for the 3g iphone :D

I bought a referb ATT iphone for 250 the other day, and sold my original apple (with box and everything) one with everything for $470 on craigslist.

I would say revert back to default settings (however the safest way to do that is) and then restore to apple defaults (deleting everything) and then run pwnage to unlock and jailbreak it..

that's what I did.
