How to prevent access to Macintosh HD when using Windows via Bootcamp?

When using Windows on the Mac via bootcamp, I can access my Macintosh HD (via Explorer). How can I disconnect that partition and prevent anyone (or any program) from accessing it?

Disable the Boot Camp HFS+ driver as described in this KB article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3841
