How to prevent hidden files on the network

How to I stop the creation of hidden files on the network? I have already stopped .DS_Store files from being created, but there is one more type.

Say I create a picture in Photoshop called wallpaper.jpg. When I look at the folder in Windows, there will be 2 files. One called wallpaper.jpg and another called .wallpaper.jpg. How do I stop these? In a folder with 1,000 pictures, it can get really annoying. ;) Thanks!
