A common use case for me is to be reading on my iPad while listening to music on my AirPods. Unfortunately, going to some websites will cause the Music app to stop playing. I assume this is because only one app is allowed to send audio, and even if the site doesn’t actually play any audio, it must somehow tell Safari, “hey, I might want to play something here at some point in the future” so the OS silences Music playback in anticipation of this. It’s extremely annoying! Is there any way to tell Safari to simply ignore any attempts to play audio?
