So I'm working on my Mac and won't have access to my iPad for a few days. An iPad (only) app goes on sale for a limited time and I want to purchase it, but I don't have my iPad to use to amok the purchase. Is there a way to make the purchase on the Mac (or other device)?

Thanks in advance!

You can download iOS apps using iTunes. You will need version 12.6.x though which includes the AppStore. So, if you have a newer version of iTunes, you will need to uninstall it and then install 12.6.x version.
