how to put 64bit linux on a mac pro 1,1

i keep hitting the same hurtle i hit when installing 64bit windows 7 a screen that says

or something like that were the keyboard doesn't work i fixed this with windows by making a custom iso but how do i fix it for a linux install want to put arch 64bit on my 3rd hard drive
