How to put a dmg onto a cd

I have a disk image that i need to put on a cd so i can boot off the cd. I feel like this is a noob question but i don't know how to do it.....

So does the guide work for you?

And even though you might be able to burn the .dmg to a CD, it might not be bootable unless the source was bootable.

As you can see searching for "dmg to cd" produces more results than "how to burn disk image to cd". Generally, using fewer and more unique search terms yields better results than more wordy searches.

Yes it worked. I am using it now. Im pretty sure the source is bootable. Thanks for the help because, honestly i could not find anything telling me how to do it
