How to put a theme on iphone without cydia?

Hi, i looked at the threads here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1114377/

and wanted to know how to put those downloads in the links, on to my jailbroken iphone?

1. Download i-Funbox: http://www.i-funbox.com/

2. Plug your iPhone into your computer via USB

3. Open i-Funbox and wait for it to recognize your device

4. Click on your device under My Computer in i-Funbox

5. Select "Raw File System" and navigate to Library/Themes or var/Stash/Themes.xxxxxx

6. Drag and drop the files into that directory and they will appear in WinterBoard
