How to put Full Name instead of short name in Finder's sidebar?

Hi there,

I am not sure, but I think I've seen it somewhere, that home folder in the finder's siderbar is named by full Name (e.g John Smith) not short name (johnsmith)
Full Name(as in login in form) looks much more esthetically I believe

I've found lots of articles about how to change a shortname but not how to change to Full Name
Is that possible?
