I use keepass on my laptop. I downloaded mini keepass on my iphone. First i believe you have to upload the keepass file from the laptop to either dropbox or google drive right? What other programs can you use to upload keepass on it? Would icloud be okay or not?
I did upload my keepass file into dropbox for now on the laptop. So how do i get this file into my iphone?
I clicked on mini keepass on iphone and it says
Tap the + button to add a new keepass file
Then when i do, it shows
New Database
And tells me to put name, password and confirm password. I assume this is if you want to do a brand new one so i omit this?
So i downloaded dropbox on iphone and signed in on iphone. I then see my keepass database file on recents where it shows file name and dropbox right under it. How do i then add this file? When i click on the file, it says this file can't be viewed no preview available.
I then click on minikeepass and it shows dropbox/import/export
It tells how to add files from dropbox.
Open the dropbox app on device
navigate to keepass file
tap the action button in toolbar
select minikeepass from list that appears.
