How to put photos on to iPhone once without syncing?

Hi,

I have some photos i want to put on my iphone which are... personal so i don't want to sync them as they would then be visible through iTunes. Is it possible to put them on 'once' and then still have photos unticked in iTunes when i sync the phone. Is it possible to do this via iPhoto?
