iPod touch How to put pictures in without syncing?

I use ipod touch 4g.

Is there any way to put pictures into my iPod touch WITHOUT syncing?

I want to just put a couple of pictures from each folder, it'll be a bit of a pain to collect all the pictures I want, put them in a new folder and then sync it every time I want to put pictures in...

I can't seem to just drag and drop like for music.

And is there any way to rename albums? It automatically named it Photo Library.

How do I create a new album as well? Whenever I sync more photos, it just goes to the Photo Library.

I feel so silly asking this, my old MP3 was much more straightforward, basically every method was the same. Upload music/photo/video on to the MP3 program, download music/photo/video on to the MP3, done. But I googled and looked through the forum and found nothing.

Well if you specifically don't want to sync...
you can email yourself all the pictures you want then open and save them on the iPod. You wouldn't be able to create any folders this way but it would get the pictures on nonetheless.

You'll have to sync if you want to make folders. No way around that unfortunately. Not unless you jailbreak or something.
