iPod touch How to put songs from my itouch onto my XP computer?

is there a way to put the music i have on my itouch back onto the computer? and if not, is there a way to put music on one itouch onto another itouch? j/w if you could let me know anything that would help i would greatly apprecieat it.. thanks!
