iPod how to put tracks for an audio book together

AFAIK you can't do all of the CD's however it is very easy to do it with each individual CD.
When you insert the CD, after it pulls up itunes, select all of the tracks and then go to Advanced --->Join CD tracks. This will join all of the tracks on the CD (go figure!) so that you can have just one "track" for each CD that makes up the book on CD.
