How to put Verizon iPhone 5 on AT&T?

I know i'll have to pop the sim out of my vzw i5, and pop the AT&T sim in but is there anything else? Like do I have to restore it?

No. You can either then hook it up to iTunes and it will download a carrier update or the phone will do it automagically.
