I know how to put the video's directly FROM the camera onto my mac, but how to i transfer them from my windows to my mac? I tried to put them on a disc, but it shows up as .BOG and other video things that doesn't work on my mac. and it will for sure NOT work on my USB, that would also take forever! any ways that would really work well? thanks! :)

You could save them as compressed .mp4 files, that will work, or if you want the RAW video the original format use MPEG-2 .dv to save the files. You will need a video program for your PC, such as Premiere, which can do this. I am sure there are freeware apps for the PC for compressing video. You can take the video off your camera using FireWire on your PC and then compress the video and save it in a format that your Mac can recognize.

For free apps that might do the trick, go to www.cnet.com

Good luck
