How to- Quicksilver

Is there anyway to hit a hotkey and have specific text come up?

Like, I want to hit shift+a and have %_nowplaying come on the screen.

I know I'm lazy.

Also, does anybody know a Plug-in for Adium to use in QuickSilver?

Nevermind. Just restarted and now it works.
But, ever since I installed it, MSN won't log in. Is this happening for other Adium users as well, or is it just me and using this plug-in?
