How to re-link Cydia to download multifl0w (again on my iPad)

Hey

Ok so when I had an iPhone I linked my Facebook to Cydia and bought some apps. How do I download these apps for free now since I have already purchased them? When I click on e.g. Multifl0w it says I have to purchase it?

EDIT: Wow I poorly typed that lol.

I checked my facebook and my iPad has been linked to my Facebook also.
