How to rearrange iPod icons

I reset my phone and my icons at the bottom if the iPod rearranged to the default. When I go to "more" there is an edit button but nothing seems to effect the selections or arraignment. I'm trying to move @genius" off the front and bring video to the first page. Hate having to hit more to get the videos displayed. Can I only do his through I tunes?

Go into more, tap and hold on the video icon, and drag it on top of the genius icon. That should do the trick

Ok.. I see now. You drop them from the top portion to the bar at the bottom. Thx
