Maybe you guys have discovered this already in reading but I read it elsewhere so I thought I would share here. The iPhone 7 with its new capacitive button can no longer be used for a reboot. The button requires the phone to be on and working for itself to work. So, the new button combo is power button plus volume down. I didn't think of it until it was mentioned but I'm sure it will come up here at some point so might as well get the word out.

If this has been covered already feel free to ignore this post.

Hey gsmornot !
It's a little different on the iPhone 7/7 Plus.

As said on support.apple.com:
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
