Hi guys,

I have only been able to receive email from my gmail account on the computer that "Gets" it first. I searched on the web, tried to put the "recent:" prefix in front of my MBP gmail address as it says here: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=47948

However, it is still not working, email only goes to whichever computer downloads it first. Is there any other way?

Thanks for any input!

Just make them IMAP accounts.

Thanks guys, after starting this topic I did more searching and realized I was on POP, now I made a new IMAP, downloading all the mail currently. Thanks for the help! I knew there had to be a reason why my dad gets his gmail from both his Air and Mac Mini... now I know!

Thank you again.

I can convert my gmail POP to IMAP?
My .mac is IMAP.

Yes, you would go to your gmail account via the web to activate it under settings. Then go to the accounts in MAIL and change it from POP3 to IMAP. It's so simple it hurts.

Oh I didn't mean it that way. I meant that somehow the mail app makes it so simple. I don't get it either because I work in Windows all day and it's like taking 6 roads to get across the street in windows.

I meant no offense.
