In Apples keynotes, particularly for the iPhone, they said "you've all said you wanted (insert feature here) - and we've listened!"

So how does one go about recommending something to Apple? For both Mac OSX and iPhone....

You don't, Apple recommends features to you; think about it, its true.

In all seriousness, I'm interested to see opinions on Apple's integration of customer feedback.

I saw somewhere (on Apple's site, search if you want) their idea submission policy.

Basically what they say is "we don't want your ideas, but if they are good, we become owners of them and you lose all right you had on them".

So if you have good ideas either get a job at Apple or keep them for yourself.
