Hey guys, here's the deal:

I'm a musician, and I want to record a video in iMovie using the macbook's iSight camera, but recording audio with a condenser microphone that is plugged through a USB mixer.

How do I set the audio input to the USB interface instead of the built-in microphone?

Try System Prefs>Sound>Input, then select the mic, assuming it's listed. Let us know if that doesn't work.
Cheers
