How to record an Audio stream

Looking for a simple and free way to record a radio program.

not going to use it enough to pay for wiretap.

Audacity only seems to have an line in, or built in mic imput...

any help would be great.

I use a program called radiolover.app to record the radio stations that are on iTunes. It does a great job at that as you can just set it up and forget it.
