Now I know perhaps a few of you out there have had the same problem of not being able to record the sounds coming from the actual computer on windows right? Where you can only here the sounds that record from your macs microphone right?
Well today I'm here to resolve this issue. This fix is completely free and wont cost you a dime as long as you already have a windows system on vmware or bootcamp
Please forgive me if this is in the wrong section, I'm new and I only joined because I was excited to give you all this information so people like me who make video game commentary walkthroughs on their mac can do the same.
If you don't like reading through steps watch the video, if not continue on!

#1 To begin, on your mac side of the computer download the following program
http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/14067/soundflower
(Thanks to the great people at macupdate.com for releasing soundflower)
*Sound flower basically sends the audio that comes from your mac to itself and you can use a voice recorder to record it*
#2 Once you've succesfully downloaded it, install it to your mac by simply opening the .dmg file and running soundflower.pkg
#3 Alright now all you have to do is set it as your macs main sound out put and input. To do that go to the system preferences menu and click on sound set both input and output as soundflower (2ch).
#4 From here you probably wont be able to hear any audio from your mac, well guess what? The recorder can! And you can too! Now go to your applications folder and search for your soundflower folder and click on that, now click the soundflower app and you should see the soundflower icon pop up at the top
Click on that and it'll show you a menu with soundflower 2ch and 16ch with a couple options underneath it. Under the 2ch button click on built-in output or any other device you use to hear sound.
#5 There you go! You can now successfully hear and record all audio coming from the mac! No outside sounds of your dog barking its head off while your mother try's to pull it away from your little cousin who's screaming in pain because the dog has rabies and just bit his arm.

<---From this point on is Windows side--->
Okay now that you got the hard part down, all you have to do is set everything up on your windows side, which should be easy enough.
#1 Now first all you need to do is go to your sound options which can be found in control panel/Sounds and audio devices or simply by going to your little sound icon at the bottom and double clicking it.
When its open go to recording devices and select stereo mix
#2 Now that that's done all you need is a recording program to record the sound of your programs on your windows...
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/
http://www.fraps.com/
http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia/
With those you can record any sound that comes from any program from your computer.
Unfortunately you will have to purchase a usb microphone to be able to record your voice as well, but if you're cheap like me just use any other crappy computer that isn't a mac or is, and just record from there.
