How to Record WhatsApp Calls? Native recording doesn't work

Using the last iOS;

I tried using the native recording, but while the screen is recorded, there is no audio.

I need to record WhatsApp calls, so for that I should use a specific app? Why this isn't working? Is this somehow blocked by WhatsApp? If so what app would do this, video and audio?

There are special apps for that, but so far after looking into everything that was free I didn't manage to find anything that would properly record and save the recording. So I guess you should look into the ones which you have to buy. But if you do find a free one that works let me know!
