how to record world cup games on my MBP

hi i want to record the world cup game tomorrow, US vs Ghana because i have two baseball games so i cant watch it. i have the new macbook pro 13" and what would i need to record the game possibly in Hd? (i have hd by the way) also if its easier i have an inspiron 1420 i can use. please show me the cheapest and easiest way. thanks

also, if your isp supports espn3, you can stream the games live in hd on your computer.

ESPN 3 has replay of every World Cup games.
