I was sent some bunch of music on an Instant messenger on VMWare, but then I didn't know how to put the files to outside the Parallels to my MacBook. And then because I turned off the computer by holding the power key for a few seconds because having the VMWare on while closing the MB caused the MB to blackout when I re-opened the lid, VMWare died and I can't open the Virtual Machine in which was stored my music anymore.
Is there anyway I can retreive the songs?
