How to reindex GarageBand Instruments?

There are some instruments that are not showing up in the left hand Instrument pane in GarageBand, I can't see an easy way to force GarageBand to reindex them, in the way that I can force it to reindex the loops in the dropdown menu.

I'm referring to the instrument library
