My rMBP has been into Apple for repairs and they have done a clean install on it.
I have restored from my TimeMachine backup, I however excluded Windows from my TM backups.
It has reinstalled Parallels but not Windows (obviously).
How do I get Parallels to reinstall Windows?
I do have the W7 iso.

You open Parallels Desktop, go to File > New, then select the top left icon that says "Install Windows ...", click Continue and select Image File on the next screen and drag the ISO file onto that window.

Or if you have an older version, do it like you did before.

Select a new VM in parallels and point the install to the ISO. Be sure to have your serial numbers handy as well.
