How to remap caps lock in OS X

Hi guys,

Does anyone know a way to swap the functions of caps lock with the ~ key (the key above tab)? I know with Keyremp4Macbook there is function to make ~ caps lock, and PCKeyboardHack allows you remap caps lock to various other keys by listing a key code index for various keys, but among them the ~ key is not one of them.
