Some apps are not available on Mac, so I’m wondering if someone has found a way to remote access an iPad from a Mac?

There's Universal Control, which is not really a totally remote control system, but iPadOS doesn't otherwise support remote control.
 
Only Apple support can remote access into an iPad. Other than that Apple has locked this functionality from third parties.
