How to Remote Install New Windows Installation over Wifi

Hi All:

I was wondering if there is a way to remotely install a fresh copy of windows over wifi on a new pc laptop.

Similar to the Mac Recovery Remote Install of Mac OSX over wifi when you boot up.

Any help would be appreciated!
