How to remove an incomplete Backup file from the Time Machine Trash?

I use an external HD as my time machine. Every time when I connect the HD to my MacBook Pro, it appears that there is an incomplete Backup file in the trash. When I clicked "Empty Trash", it would take forever. This makes me unable to delete anything from the external HD.

I am just wondering is there anyway I can remove this file from the Time Machine Trash?

Do you have the File in the Trash of the Actual Time Machine backup? As in when you enter Time Machine? Or is there a file in your current trash that is called Time Machine Backup?

It is in the trash as I enter time machine.
