I know how to remove old autocomplete addresses, but in the From: drop down in a new email, there is an old alias that I don't use and have deleted from my iCloud account. Yet it still lives on in that list. I have too many addresses as it is! It's probably (hopefully?) easy, but after searching I can't find it. 'little help?

Thanks!

Thanks, but it's not a previous recipient. I already cleaned that out. It's an address in the From: field - a drop down list.

I didn't catch that it was the From: field. Check your Mail > Preferences > Accounts to make sure it's not there. Also check Address Book, although I doubt that would have any effect.
