Ok I might be the minority here in that I have a custom background set for Mission Control. I dont want to use the default grey whatever it is background lol. I found a really nice light wooden background that I was using in Lion, and it seems that in ML, there is now this annoying shadow that is cast over the background wallpaper for mission control, so when I set my wooden background, it looks weird like a grey veil over it. I tried looking the directory where the background is saved...

/System/Library/CoreServices/Dock.app/Contents/Resources/

the filename for the wallpaper for Mission Control background is:
defaultdesktop.png

There are other files in there for shadows, but I have no idea what is what based on what they are labelled as! This seems to be a sideways shadow on both sides of the screen and the middle lightens up to close the wallpapers original lightness...

Anyone know?? You can easily see in the center between desktop 2 and 3 where it lightens back up... and towards the outsides it has a greyish sheen...
