Resolved How to remove Cupertino weather and time from lock screen

I googled this and can't find an answer. How hard can this be? I tried customizing mode for the lock screen but no combination of presses or holds do anything to these 2 items. I have also already long ago set location in the weather app.

OK, I figured it out. Had to do a quick press to be able to highlight and remove those. I was trying long press and hold. LOL.
