How to remove links and format when you paste a copied item in Pages 08?

When you copied a paragraph from the internet, how do you remove those links and formats in Pages 08?

Try this to remove the links:

1. First select the text including the link, don't click on it, just highlight it,
2. Go to the Inspector window, then select the icon named "link inspector", in my case is number 9 from left to right, uncheck "enable as hyperlink", voilá, the link is gone
3. Repeat as necesary, don't know if you can do this for all links at once
