How to remove Music playing icon

whenever I play music on my phone I get a small icon on top of my Apple watch. I am using the infograph modular. Anyway to not have it display anything at all?
 
Using your iPhone to go the Watch app, then General settings > Wake screen and turn off the Auto Launch Audio App setting.
