iPhone How to remove new top titles?

Hey guys,

This has probably been asked, but ive searched this forum and Google.

How do you get rid of the new titles/labels in IOS 11 such as in the phone app, settings, and mail app. For example before all my phone favorites fit on one page, but now with the huge title that says “Favorites” i cant see my bottom 2 without scrolling.

I’ve searched everywhere but title and labels dont seem to come up and i dont know what theyre called.

Not sure how long you’ve been using Apple products, but those types of UI tweaks are almost never possible with Apple products.
