How to Remove Old Time Machine Disk?

I just returned my MyCloud but had it set up as a Time Machine Disk. I no longer have it but want to remove it from my Time Machine Pref. I keep getting alerts of how long it has been since my last backup. I'm never going to back it up again to that disk so the alerts are frustrating.

Click on select disk.

Then select the disk you want to get rid of and click remove disk.
