I just bought a new Airport Extreme router. I did set it up and then it appears like this:

The first Airport Extreme is mine. The other two aren't mine. I live in a dorm in university, and each room has a ethernet port and I just plug in the ethernet wire from the port to the Airport Extreme. How could I remove other's airports? Thank you very much.

The other devices are on the same Ethernet network. You can't remove them. They're not on your wireless network. They're on the same wired network shared by the dorm.

I know I cannot access them but I just don't want them appearing in my computer. They also appear in my iTunes and my iPhone as an unable-to-use Airplay options

Try this maybe...

Not sure if it will work or not.

Once Airport Utility is open.
Go to Airport Utility -> Preferences from the menu bar

and check Only monitor Airports that I have configured.
